Senior SAP FI Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant to join our SAP consulting practice and lead the design, implementation, and delivery of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines deep SAP FI functional expertise with strong stakeholder management, solution design, and team leadership capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative SAP solutions, drive process transformation, and support clients throughout the full project lifecycle.

Work Arrangement: Full Onsite (Non-negotiable)
Contract Duration: 3-6 Months
Location: BGC, Taguig City

Key Responsibilities

SAP Solution Design & Delivery

• Facilitate client workshops and interviews to gather, analyze, and validate business process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on industry-leading practices, business process optimization, and SAP standard capabilities.
• Design target-state SAP FI solutions aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt best practices and standardized SAP processes where appropriate.
• Analyze application landscapes and design interfaces between SAP and external systems.
• Configure SAP FI modules and support unit, integration, user acceptance, and system testing activities.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, forms, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Lead implementation activities including testing, data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Change Management & User Enablement

• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
• Support users during hypercare and post-go-live stabilization periods.
• Help drive organizational adoption of new SAP processes and solutions.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead consultant and client teams throughout project execution.
• Facilitate design workshops and solution discussions with business and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the SAP practice.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of SAP FI consulting experience with proven expertise in SAP Financial Accounting.
• Minimum 4-6 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including experience in full project lifecycles from design through go-live.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience on SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of business processes, industry best practices, and financial operations.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective SAP FI solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution design skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Experience integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules.
• SAP certifications in Financial Accounting or related disciplines.
• Exposure to regional or global transformation programs.
• Experience in change management and user adoption initiatives.
