Senior SAP Group Reporting Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Group Reporting solution design and implementation activities
• Define consolidation processes, reporting requirements, and solution approach aligned with business needs
• Lead fit-to-standard analysis and recommend process improvements based on SAP best practices
• Own Group Reporting functional solution design and configuration decisions
• Lead configuration, testing, defect resolution, and validation activities
• Review reporting solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements and SAP standards
• Coordinate with FICO, SAC, technical teams, and other functional areas to deliver integrated solutions
• Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare stabilization activities
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level consultants

Delivery & Quality Expectations

• Complete assigned activities according to project timelines and agreed quality standards
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements
• Follow SAP implementation methodology, project governance, and delivery standards
• Apply SAP best practices and industry standards in solution delivery
• Maintain proper documentation for configuration, development, testing, decisions, and project activities

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, SAP teams, implementation partners, and technical teams
• Communicate progress, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly and proactively

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP Finance consulting experience
• Strong experience with SAP Group Reporting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes
• Has RISE with SAP implementation experience
• FMCG experience preferred
• Has SAP Process Signavio experience and is familiar with the scope IDs and standard best practices in SAP
• SAP Group Reporting / SAP Finance certification is a plus
