Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant

Work Setup: Hybrid (1–2x onsite per week; 3–4x work-from-home)

Shift Schedule: Night Shift (US/Global Support)

Salary: Up to Php 200,000 per month (Base + Allowances, based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant to support, manage, and optimize SAP security operations across a global enterprise landscape. In this role, you will lead user administration, dynamic role design, Segregation of Duties (SoD) enforcement, and end-to-end audit readiness during US operational hours. You will partner with international business stakeholders, compliance teams, and global support units to maintain high standards of security governance.

What You’ll Own

• Role & Access Governance: Design, build, and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorization models across systems (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori) while overseeing user provisioning workflows.
• GRC & Risk Analysis: Execute SoD risk analyses, perform remediation and mitigation strategies, and manage emergency access (Firefighter) using SAP GRC Access Control.
• Audit Readiness & Control: Partner with internal and external auditors by delivering evidence, system logs, user access review (UAR) documentation, and ITGC/SOX compliance reports.
• Incident & Operations Support: Resolve complex authorization issues (SU53/ST01), assess security impacts for system changes, and maintain SOP documentation during night shift support.
• Global Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global leaders to align enterprise security policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP Security, user administration, and enterprise authorization models.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, ARM) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) mitigation.
• Proven track record supporting audit activities, ITGC controls, and SOX regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to work a Night Shift schedule and report onsite in Taguig City 1–2 times per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA DB, and SAP ECC environments.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and automated workflow provisioning.
• Official SAP Security or SAP GRC certification.

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
