Senior Language Scheduling Coordinator

Eiber Translations, Inc. is looking for an experienced, client-focused Language Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in New Hyde Park. We want someone who can run scheduling well from day one and who has the leadership ability to take on more responsibility over time. For the right person, there is room to grow into a management role.

If you have a strong background in legal administration, medical scheduling or project coordination, and experience leading people or processes, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interpreters for on-site, phone and video remote assignments nationwide
• Handle a high volume of calls and emails from clients and interpreters
• Confirm assignments, track changes and share updates quickly and accurately
• Work with law firms, medical offices, insurance carriers, government agencies and schools
• Spot scheduling conflicts and fix them before they affect the client
• Handle escalations and complex or urgent assignments
• Help train and support other team members as needed
• Identify process improvements and help streamline daily operations
• Work with other departments to keep assignments and billing accurate

Qualifications

• 3+ years in legal administration, medical/IME scheduling, project coordination or a similar fast-paced role
• Experience supervising, training or leading a team (team lead, office manager, senior coordinator or similar)
• A proven ability to manage priorities, make decisions under pressure and solve problems independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, client-facing manner
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quickbooks

Compensation and growth

• Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
