Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Certified Project Management / Scrum Master to join our software development team. The ideal candidate should work closely with teams developing Garments & Textile–based ERP and Payroll software and ensure smooth Agile delivery. This role requires strong coordination skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to help teams achieve development targets on time with quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Scrum values, Agile principles, and best practices
• Ensure effective sprint execution, commitment, and delivery
• Actively remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized backlog
• Enable transparency by tracking and reporting sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance
• Drive quality, discipline, and Agile maturity across the team
• Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, and business stakeholders
• Support release planning and delivery of ERP and Payroll modules

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and servant leadership
• Experience in leading cross-functional software teams
• Ability to coach teams and drive Agile adoption
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Focus on quality, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Understanding of ERP, Payroll, or business systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent)
• Experience working on ERP or Payroll software projects
