About The Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 6–7 years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Agile delivery and Azure DevOps (ADO) . The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, enabling team performance, and ensuring effective sprint execution and tracking using Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices
• Remove impediments and manage risks and dependencies
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog grooming and prioritization
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and metrics using Azure DevOps
• Maintain ADO boards, dashboards, and reports
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence

Required Skills

• 6–7 years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years as a Scrum Master
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps Boards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Scrum / SAFe certification preferred

Preferred Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
