Senior Scrum Master / Program Manager (Data) We are seeking a senior dual-role professional to drive large-scale, enterprise-level data initiatives. Split roughly 60/40 between Scrum Master and Program Management duties, you will oversee delivery, align teams, and report progress directly to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise data initiatives from kickoff through deployment, managing timelines, scope, risks, and resource allocation.
• Provide high-level guidance on Agile/Jira standards, standardization, and framework improvements across teams.
• Lead executive updates and status reports for VP and C-Suite stakeholders.
• Oversee off-site vendor teams, direct strategic meetings, and coordinate Program Increment (PI) content demos.
• Build Jira boards, track milestones, manage documentation repositories, and monitor security protocols for data and assets.

Required

• 8+ years of PM experience alongside dedicated Scrum Master expertise (CSM certification required).
• Proven track record with enterprise data environments, including Data Science, Data Governance, Teradata, and Databricks.
• Strong background in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, including writing clear business requirements.
• Demonstrated tenure stability across past roles (1+ year per contract commitment).
• US Work Authorization required (no sponsorship).

Preferred: PMP certification, SAFe Agile background, Cloud experience and prior experience in Research or Data Science departments.

Location & Schedule: Hybrid setup (2 days/week in-office) in Midtown Atlanta with MARTA access and paid parking. Initial 6-month contract with a high likelihood of 6-month renewals.
