Tejjy Inc. is a GSA-certified, SBA 8(a)-certified, MBE/DBE/WBE/SBE Architectural & Engineering firm based in Rockville, MD, specializing in BIM modeling, 3D laser scanning, MEP engineering, and permit expediting services across the USA. We are looking for a results-driven SEO professional to join our growing digital marketing team and help scale our organic visibility across multiple US location and service pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end On-Page & Off-Page SEO strategies aligned with the latest Google algorithm updates (Helpful Content, Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T signals).
• Conduct technical SEO audits — crawlability, indexing, site speed, geo-contamination fixes, duplicate content, broken CTAs, and internal linking gaps across multi-location service pages.
• Optimize content and metadata (title tags, meta descriptions, alt text) with strong keyword and search-intent mapping, including LSI & long-tail keyword integration .
• Implement and manage Schema Markup (LocalBusiness, AggregateRating, FAQ, Service schema) via Rank Math/WordPress.
• Stay current with AI-driven search trends — Google SGE/AI Overviews, answer-engine optimization (AEO), and structured data for AI crawlers (robots.txt strategy for AI bots).
• Drive off-page SEO & link building : guest posting, UGC articles (Dev.to, Medium), press releases, classified submissions, and outreach to relevant publications.
• Track and report keyword rankings, organic traffic, and GMB/GSC performance using SEO tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate with content, design, and BD teams to align SEO with lead generation goals for location/service-specific pages.
• Manage local SEO for multiple US state/city pages, ensuring consistent NAP data, geo-coordinates, and location-specific content accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house), preferably in AEC/construction, or professional services industries.
• Strong understanding of latest SEO trends : AI Overviews/SGE optimization, E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and voice/answer-based search.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs/SEMrush, Rank Math/Yoast, and Screaming Frog.
• Working knowledge of WordPress/WPBakery , HTML basics, and schema markup implementation.
• Experience with local/multi-location SEO and content optimization for geo-targeted service pages.
• Excellent written English communication skills for content, outreach, and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to independently audit, prioritize, and execute SEO fixes.

Good to Have

• Experience with backlink content creation (guest posts, PR, infographics).
• Familiarity with AI content tools and prompt-based content workflows.
• Basic understanding of paid search (Google Ads) for cross-channel insights.
