Senior Search Engine Optimization

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead SEO strategy and execution across our website portfolio. This role requires strong, hands-on expertise across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, combined with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. You will drive measurable organic growth, set best practices for the team, and act as a key point of coordination between SEO and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor junior SEO team members — reviewing their work, providing feedback, and helping them develop their skills.
• Drive on-page SEO initiatives: keyword strategy, content optimization, meta tags, header structure, and internal linking.
• Work closely with the off-page SEO team on backlink strategy, outreach, and domain authority building.
• Own technical SEO improvements: site speed optimization, structured data/schema markup, crawling and indexing fixes, and site architecture recommendations.
• Work with Web Developers to set up, launch, and ensure new websites are fully live, crawlable, and properly indexed by search engines.
• Track and analyze performance via Google Analytics and Search Console, staying ahead of algorithm updates and competitor moves to guide strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in SEO, with a track record of delivering measurable organic growth.
• Strong, demonstrated skills across all three pillars of SEO: on-page, off-page (backlink strategy, outreach, domain authority), and technical SEO (site speed, structured data, crawling/indexing).
• Proven leadership ability — comfortable guiding, reviewing the work of, and upskilling junior SEO team members.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to technical SEO implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console for tracking, reporting, and diagnosing issues.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills, able to translate data into strategy and coordinate clearly across teams.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Moz.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing SEO across a multi-site or multi-brand portfolio.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to support research, content, and reporting workflows.
