Healthus.ai is looking for a Senior SEO Executive who understands that search is no longer limited to Google rankings.

We need someone who can build organic visibility across traditional search engines, AI-powered search and answer engines — with a strong understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO and SXO .

What You’ll Work On

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for healthcare brands, hospitals, clinics and doctors.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search opportunity mapping.
• Manage On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO .
• Build strategies for AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) .
• Improve brand and content visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI-driven discovery platforms .
• Implement SXO (Search Experience Optimisation) to improve engagement, conversion and user journeys.
• Work on structured data, schema, internal linking, crawlability, indexing and site architecture.
• Develop topical authority, content clusters and entity-led SEO strategies.
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with development teams for implementation.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions and overall search visibility.
• Work closely with content, development, performance marketing and account management teams.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with clear insights and action plans.

What We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

SEO | AEO | GEO | SXO | Technical SEO | Local SEO | Google Business Profile | Schema | Search Console | GA4 | SEMrush/Ahrefs | Screaming Frog

You should also understand:

• E-E-A-T and YMYL considerations, especially for healthcare
• AI-search-friendly content architecture
• Core Web Vitals
• Search intent and content optimisation
• Local and multi-location SEO
• Conversion-focused organic growth
• Algorithm updates and emerging search trends

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who doesn’t just ask:

“How do we rank #1 on Google?”

You also think:

“How do we make this brand discoverable, trusted and cited wherever patients are searching — Google, AI search engines and answer platforms?”

Healthcare SEO experience will be a strong advantage.
