Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Security Analyst. 

This hands-on role supports a security program spanning traditional IT and manufacturing operational technology. The team needs an experienced analyst who brings strong investigative, troubleshooting, and research skills and can take ownership of security incidents from initial triage through resolution. You will join a highly collaborative remote team and work with a modern security stack that includes Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and CrowdStrike.

 

What You'll Do:

• Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts across cloud, endpoint, identity, email, and network environments.
• Use Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, CrowdStrike, Azure, and Entra ID to analyze suspicious activity, determine scope and impact, and identify appropriate response actions.
• Own assigned security tickets and incidents from initial investigation through containment, documentation, escalation, and closure.
• Research unfamiliar threats, troubleshoot security issues, and provide actionable findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate incident response with internal stakeholders and the managed detection and response provider.
• Communicate investigation findings, response actions, and outstanding risks clearly and promptly.
• Collaborate closely with teammates, seek guidance when needed, and adapt to changing priorities.

 

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in security operations, SOC analysis, incident response, or a closely related role.

• Hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and CrowdStrike

  .

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and research skills, with the ability to investigate beyond the initial alert.

• Experience managing security incidents through the full response lifecycle.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIA, GCIH, or Security+.
