Senior Security Architect

Senior Security Architect | Azure Migration & Enterprise AI | $170,000 -$195,000

Our client are moving their core estate from on-prem to Azure and deploying an open-source LLM in their own cloud environment for their research team.

They need a Senior Security Architect to own security design across both programs and the wider enterprise, from first architecture decisions through to production.

What you'll do

• Lead security architecture for the on-prem to Azure migration, covering identity, network security, data protection and platform/OS hardening
• Design the secure deployment of an open-source LLM in the company's cloud, including data access, model isolation and AI governance
• Embed application security and CI/CD pipeline security into how engineering teams build and ship
• Map architecture decisions to regulatory controls and risk frameworks, and advise senior stakeholders on

What you'll bring

• 10+ years in IT, with 5+ in information security architecture or engineering
• Three active certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP or GIAC certs
• Breadth of experience across cloud, network, application, identity and pipeline security, with a large Azure migration behind you
• Current, working knowledge of AI security and the ability to design a secure open-source LLM deployment
