Role Summary

Seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Leader with 15+ years of experience in Security Operations, Network Security, and Security Architecture. The role will drive security strategy, governance, operational excellence, and security transformation initiatives across enterprise environments, with expertise in Firewalls, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), Cloudflare, IDS/IPS, SASE, and Zero Trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security architecture and cybersecurity strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CISO, IT leadership, and key stakeholders.
• Design and implement Zero Trust and SASE solutions leveraging Zscaler and Cloudflare.
• Provide architectural oversight for Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, and Web Security platforms.
• Lead Security Operations, Incident Response,and Governance programs.
• Drive security modernization, automation, and operational improvements.
• Conduct executive security reviews, risk assessments, and compliance discussions.
• Manage customer relationships, security escalations, and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor global security teams and support business growth opportunities.

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise cybersecurity programs.

• Experience managing global security teams and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to align cybersecurity strategy with business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
