( Senior ) Security Engineer / Security Analyst x 2 Openings

Our client is a leading solution provider. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.

About the Role

• Handle customer security incident email/phone enquiries (2nd Tier)
• Provide 2nd tier support and guide engineer on UTM, IDS, IPS, WAF configuration and troubleshooting
• Assist/lead customer the way/direction to investigate on security incidents
• Provide suggestions & recommendations advisory for customer to handle security incident

About the Person

• Higher Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• At least one year's working experience in IT Services /OR Information Security
• Technical experience in Security Analysis
• Knowledge in firewall, IDS/IPS and UTM will be an advantage
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
• Applicant with less experience will be considered for a junior role
