What they need
Responsibilities:
- 負責大廈管理處前台工作; 接聽管理處電話及解答查詢; 處理客戶查詢、投訴及突發事件; 安排保安員工作崗位, 督導前線員工工作, 一般文書處理及撰寫報告, 監控保安系統及車場系統; 跟進管理處委派之工作
Requirements :
- Secondary 3; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit; 有相關督導工作經驗; 具3年或以上保安工作經驗
Employment Terms:
- With Overtime Time-off in lieu, 7:00AM-7:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day
