Nutech Security is growing fast — with expanding operations across Tauranga, Rotorua and a recent acquisition in Hamilton, we're building out our Tauranga team and looking for two Senior Security Technicians to join us.

About the Role

As a Senior Security Technician based in Tauranga, you'll take on a broad and rewarding mix of work, including:

• Servicing, maintaining, installing, and commissioning electronic security systems across a range of high-profile commercial and residential sites
• Leading installation and commissioning of new and emerging technologies
• Diagnosing faults and delivering technical solutions with minimal supervision
• Mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians where needed
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through high-quality service
• Working closely with our Hamilton and Rotorua teams to support customers across the wider region

What We're Looking For

• Proven technical expertise — solid experience installing, servicing, and maintaining electronic security systems
• Ability to work independently — confident managing your own workload and solving problems on-site
• A senior, team-focused mindset — able to work collaboratively across branches
• Strong communication skills — professional and confident with clients and colleagues alike
• Product knowledge — experience with Inner Range, Protégé, Gallagher, Paradox, Bosch, Hikvision, Hanwha, or similar (training provided)
• Security qualifications & licensing — COA, Site Safe, or similar
• Full, clean NZ driver's licence
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
