The Role 🛠 Build SEO Strategies Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for brands across Healthcare, Law, eCommerce and B2B. This includes conducting keyword research, planning content topics, and reviewing site architecture to improve organic search performance. Work alongside our award SEO team to develop technical strategies that propel aspiring brands into competitive markets that lead to real business growth, not just increased traffic.

✍️ Content Planning Work on article planning and content development, ensuring that it aligns with SEO goals and enhances site visibility both in Google and the evolving AI landscape. You’ll be deeply involved in crafting content strategies that drive traffic and conversions.

🤝 Collaboration Collaborate closely with our content writer to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content. Work with our design team to create infographics and images that support and enhance the content.

💡 Expand into Paid Marketing Have the opportunity to learn paid marketing strategies from our specialist team. Understand how paid advertising complements SEO efforts to create a seamless and effective customer journey, covering all critical touch points.

Requirements For The Role

• ✍️ SEO Expertise: 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• 🧠 Curiosity is Key: A key value at AEK Media is “No Black Boxes.” Our success comes from a strong desire to understand the inner workings of all that we do, creating strategies that produce results, not just platitudes.
• 🛠 Tool Proficiency: Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and 3rd party tools (such as Ahrefs, and SEMrush).
• 📊 Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and metrics, using insights to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• 🗣 Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• 🔍 Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
