Role Description

This full-time, on-site Senior SEO Specialist role is based in District 1. The Senior SEO Specialist will lead SEO strategy development, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical audits to improve organic visibility and traffic. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing on-page elements, managing site architecture, monitoring rankings and analytics, and identifying growth opportunities across multiple client websites.

The role involves collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all campaigns and digital assets.

The Senior SEO Specialist will also prepare performance reports, present insights to stakeholders, and continuously test and refine strategies based on data and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO (site structure, indexing, page speed, mobile friendliness).
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Experience collaborating with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations and improve user experience.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable optimization plans.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including PPC, content marketing, and marketing automation, and how SEO fits into broader campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead SEO role within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and experimentation with new technologies is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines on-site in District 1.
