Senior Server

The Silver Crown is looking for an exceptional server to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with a deep understanding of service mechanics, wine and spirits, and guest experience. You'll be expected to provide outstanding service, ensuring the dining room operates at peak efficiency.

Who you are:

• You’re observant and truly care about customer service. You know that uncomfortable moment when you’re out for the night, and your order is taking too long so you have to flag down the server to get an update? Yah…you hate that, and you’ll make sure our customers don't have that experience.
• The details matter to you. Every interaction needs to be exceptional.
• You’re kind and friendly towards both your customers and your co-workers.
• Able to work physically on the floor, sometimes for long shifts.
• You’re reliable and flexible, and management will be the same.
• You appreciate being respected and trusted, and understand the responsibility that comes along with that.
• Extra points if you have bartending experience!

What you’ll do:

• Provide excellent customer service for our guests, whether on your own or as part of a team on a busy night.
• Lead by example. Be observant and proactive, prioritizing customer service, but also knowing how to multi-task and keep tables clear.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, potential allergens, and complex beverage pairings (wine, spirits, and craft cocktails).
• Ensure all food safety and alcohol service protocols are strictly followed.
• Be willing and capable of closing the bar both financially and physically, ensuring that we’re ready for service the next day.

What you’ve done:

• 3+ years of experience as a hands-on server
