Senior Service Advisor

Armstrong Prestige Wellington is looking for a Senior Service Advisor to take the lead in one of our prestige brand service teams. You'll be the key point of contact between our technicians and customers, taking ownership of the more complex jobs and mentoring less experienced advisors as our workshop grows. This is a genuine step up for someone ready to build toward a Service Manager future.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the customer service experience across bookings, drop-off and collection
• Take ownership of complex or escalated jobs, liaising directly with technicians on diagnostics and repairs
• Provide accurate quotes and clearly explain service options, securing customer approval before work proceeds
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process
• Support and mentor other Service Advisors, sharing product and process knowledge
• Manage invoicing and service order processing accurately

Skills & experience

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable managing escalations
• Full, clean NZ driver's licence
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
