What they need
Senior Service Desk Associate responsible for technical customer support via phone, email and chat. Diagnose and resolve issues, manage tickets, follow SOPs/SLOs, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Required Candidate profile
1–5 years’ experience in technical support/service desk with strong communication, troubleshooting, ticketing and analytical skills. ITIL knowledge and 60–80 WPM typing preferred.
