Hill Pools & Spas is a growing, high-end pool construction and service company based in San Angelo, Texas. We build and maintain premium backyard environments and are expanding our service repair division.

Position Overview

We are not looking for a pool cleaner. We are looking for a skilled mechanical and electrical diagnostic technician who can troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, heaters, automation, electrical systems)
• Troubleshoot electrical and low-voltage control systems
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding finding and solutions
• Maintain a clean and professional service vehicle
• Accurately document repairs and parts used
• Work independently while maintaining high quality standards

Ideal Background

• HVAC service technician
• Electrical service work
• Diesel or heavy equipment mechanic
• Industrial maintenance technician
• Pump systems or irrigation technician
• Small engine repair

Compensation & Benefits

• $22-$28 per hour base pay (based on experience)

Qualifications

Tier 1: Relocation Package

• Moving stipend: $1,500-$2,500 cash
• First week hotel or Airbnb: 5-7 days days
• Fuel reimbursement for move

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
