Senior Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• After sales service commission solar inverters for various applications.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty solar inverters to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to solar energy systems.
• Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of solar inverters.
• Develop and implement new technologies to improve the efficiency and reliability of solar inverters.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and renewable energy technologies.
• Experience working with solar service, off grid, on grid, hybrid, and solar inverters.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to solar energy systems.
