Senior Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, trial running, and machine setup of Water Jet Looms.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, and operational issues.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Water Jet Loom machines.
• Identify machine faults and provide effective technical solutions.
• Handle machine settings, adjustments, and performance optimization.
• Visit customer factories for service, inspection, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Monitor machine performance and improve efficiency, quality, and production output.
• Guide and train junior service engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and technical & China teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain proper service reports, visit reports, and machine history.
• Provide technical feedback regarding recurring machine issues and spare parts requirements.
• Support customers during machine trials, production issues, and after-sales service.
• Follow company service procedures, safety standards, and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Water Jet Loom / Textile Machinery service.
• Strong knowledge of Water Jet Loom operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to independently handle customer service and machine breakdowns.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
• Ability to manage and guide a service team.

Preferred

• Experience with Water Jet Loom installation and commissioning.
• Knowledge of loom settings, weaving parameters, machine optimization, and common production issues.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and technical escalations.
• Experience with Chinese textile machinery will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• weaving machine: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Preferred)
