Senior Service Engineer - CNC / VMC

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission CNC/VMC machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC/VMC machines.
• Troubleshoot CNC controllers, servo drives, spindle systems, PLCs, sensors, and related components.
• Handle machine breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
• Conduct machine alignment, geometry checks, calibration, and performance verification.
• Coordinate with customers to understand technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare service reports, breakdown reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
• Support warranty claims, spare-parts identification, and replacement activities.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, production, spare-parts, and service teams for issue resolution.
• Identify recurring technical problems and perform root-cause analysis.
• Train customer operators and maintenance teams on machine operation and basic maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and service quality standards.
• Support AMC/CMC service activities and customer maintenance requirements.
