Senior Service Operations Specialist

This isn't a traditional administration role. It's a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and improving the way service is delivered. Direct, clear, and inquisitive, you get the information needed to get the job done.

You'll work alongside our Delivery Lead and Operations team to coordinate service delivery across New Zealand and Australia, ensuring work flows efficiently from job intake through to completion while helping lift the performance of our service operation.

What you'll do

• Own the flow of service work from job creation through to completion and invoicing.
• Coordinate technicians, customers and internal teams to keep work moving.
• Prioritise competing demands and resolve issues before they become problems.
• Maintain accurate job information and reporting.
• Identify practical improvements that make service faster, smoother and more effective.

About you

You're an experienced service operations professional who has worked in a busy environment where priorities constantly change.

You don't just process work—you improve it.

You'll bring:

• Experience in a national or complex service environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and sound judgement.
• Strong communication and customer focus.
• A proactive approach with outstanding follow-through.
• A continuous improvement mindset—you naturally look for smarter, better ways of working.

Whether your background is field service, facilities management, technical services, maintenance or another fast-paced operational environment, you'll understand what it takes to keep service running at a high standard.
