SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Description Summary :

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive mechanical, electrical and electronic issues.
• Use diagnostic tools, technical manuals and repair procedures effectively.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards, quality and safety requirements.
• Perform final quality checks before vehicles are released to customers.
• Guide and coach junior technicians on technical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Support the Service Team and management in resolving technical issues.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment and a safe, organized workplace.
• Meet productivity and turnaround-time targets while maintaining high work standards.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork and accountability.

Required Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma in Automotive Technology or any related field.
• Relevant automotive technical certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive repair and servicing experience, preferably within an authorized dealership or established automotive workshop.
• Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with Toyota vehicles and Toyota technical standards will be an advantage.
