Roles and Responsibilities

  Define and lead the overall ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise objective

• s.Design scalable and sustainable solutions across ServiceNow modules, with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITO

• M.Establish CMDB governance frameworks, data models, reconciliation strategies, identification rules, and data quality standard

• s.Drive enterprise-wide adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ensure alignment with ServiceNow standard

• s.Architect and oversee implementation of ITOM capabilities, includin
