Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite and flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week. The role will be 80% technical and 20% functional/coordination responsibilities.

Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect to support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives in a complex multi vendor environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, solution architecture experience, platform governance knowledge, and the ability to resolve complex technical and integration issues. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with business teams, vendors, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and supportable solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support ServiceNow enterprise solutions

Provide technical leadership in a multi vendor environment

Support platform governance, upgrades, integrations, and operational stability

Resolve complex platform, performance, and integration issues

Work with business and technical teams to provide scalable solutions

Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards

Required Skills

Strong experience with:

ServiceNow SPM / ITBM

HRSD

Finance Pro / Financial Management

Source-to-Pay (S2P)

Flow Designer, workflows, scripting, and platform configuration

Integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs

ACLs, roles, approvals, and security model

Reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics (preferred)

Experience

10+ years of ServiceNow experience

3+ years implementing S2P / SPM / HRSD solutions

Experience working in large enterprise and governance-driven environments

Experience supporting platform operations, upgrades, and audits

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow CSA and CAD

ITIL Certification

ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Certification

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM / ITBM

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
