Roles and Responsibilities

• :

  Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITO

• M.Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery for accurate infrastructure and application dependency mappin

• g.Configure and manage CMDB governance, reconciliation rules, identification rules, and health dashboard

• s.Drive CSDM adoption and align CMDB data models with ServiceNow best practice

• s.Implement and enhance ITOM modules, including Event Management, Service Mapping, and Discover

• y.Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilitie

• s.Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub integration

• s.Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tool

• s.Troubleshoot complex platform, discovery, and integration issue

• s.Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solution
