Senior ServiceNow Developer

For one of our clients based in Europe, we are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Contract Duration: 6 months with extension
• Remote work with occasional on-site team sessions in Europe or UK

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and additional modules where required.
• Gather, analyze, refine, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Implement automation using ServiceNow tools including Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Resolve complex technical issues and ensure platform stability and maintainability.
• Lead or actively participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation including: Solution designs; Configuration documentation; Custom implementation details; Operational knowledge transfer materials
• Support testing, QA processes, defect resolution, and release management.

Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities (ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, ITOM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, and platform integrations.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions and automating workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Certificate CTA, or ArchX
