Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM Lead & Integration SME)

Location : Bucharest , Romania

Experience : 5 to 7 Years

Employment Type : Employment payroll Contract

Duration : 6-12 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow development and implementation projects with Telecom client
• Architect and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Lead ITSM transformation initiatives and process automation programs.
• Develop advanced solutions using:
• Flow Designer
• Integration Hub
• Scripted REST APIs
• Service Portal
• Custom Applications
• Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers.
• Estimate effort, prepare technical design documents, and support solution proposals.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support platform upgrades and new feature adoption.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow CSA Certification.
• Development and implementation experience for scope / Custom application
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules and platform customization.
• Extensive experience with:
• REST APIs
• SOAP APIs
• Integration Hub
• MID Server
• LDAP/SAML/OAuth integrations
• Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
• Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
