The Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer

📍 Location: Lisbon

🏢🏠 Work Model: hybrid - 2-3 days a week in the office

💰🏦 Sector: Financial Services

🗣️ Languages: English (C1)

✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

🧑 Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration.
• Experience with JavaScript in the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CMDB .
• Experience with REST APIs and IntegrationHub .
• CIS-ITSM , ITIL Foundation , or other ServiceNow certifications.
• Knowledge of ITOM .

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules .
• Implement and enhance Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Create dashboards and maintain technical documentation.
• Support users and contribute to platform improvements.
