• We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise across core ServiceNow modules and a solid understanding of ITSM processes.

• Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM

• Customize ServiceNow applications using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies)

• Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions

• Support upgrades, patching, and instance maintenance activities

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Required Skills Experience

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

• Strong experience in:

• o ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)

• o Scripting: JavaScript, Glide scripting

• o Flow Designer Workflow

• o Integration: REST, SOAP, MID Server

• Good understanding of CMDB and Asset Management

• Experience with Service Portal or UI Builder is a plus

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
