Senior ServiceNow HRSD Administrator

About the Role

Join a technology team supporting HR operations for a leading international development finance institution. As the Senior HR Service Desk System Administrator, you'll own the technical administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module - translating HR business needs into stable, well-governed platform configurations.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain service catalog items, record producers, and workflows using Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.

• Configure HRSD-specific components (Lifecycle Events, HR/user criteria) and manage ACLs, data policies, and security settings.

• Review change requests for technical feasibility, prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality for a scalable, upgradeable platform.

• Manage technical migrations across Dev/Test/Prod, executing testing and validation protocols.

• Create reports and dashboards for HRSD, and document custom developments for the wider IT team.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years building, maintaining, and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, or equivalent experience in ITSM or CSM modules.

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.

• Strong understanding of platform security (ACLs, RBAC) and REST/SOAP integrations.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS-HRSD is a strong advantage.
