Senior Shift Lead (Physical Security)

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of the Site Lead / Sr. Shift Lead shall include, but are not limited to the following:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the site and coordinate effectively with the guarding security contractor.
• Ensure all site security operations comply with local licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to all client security policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet expectations as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Manage site team monthly rosters and ensure adherence to it, in alignment with the site ops and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and issue clear and concise Job Post Orders for all security posts.
• Ensure execution and completion of the scheduled and mandatory training of the uniformed security personnel.
• Coordinate with the City Lead for the recruitment of new and backfill resources ensuring due diligence of the shortlisted candidates before deployment.
• Responsible for organizing site-level Recognition and Rewards (R&R) programs and monthly HR town halls to resolve employee grievances.
• Responsible for effective Change Management at site, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed.
• Develop and maintain Emergency Preparedness plans and protocols for the site and offsite events. Ensure security personnel are aware and effective emergency drills are conducted.
• Ensure timely response to escalations, emergencies and incidents involving internal stakeholders and liaison with law enforcement and external emergency response services, at site as well as during off-site events.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action and Preventive Action (RCA-CA-PA) for all incidents at site and submit reports to the Client.
• Conduct monthly checks and comprehensive quarterly audits of site security operations.
• Continuously monitor and ensure the high uptime and operational readiness of all physical security systems.
• Provide essential travel security support ensuring women safety; and comprehensive security coverage for off-site events.
• Support specialized projects, offsite events, travel security and organize QRT, as per the client requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective Crowd Management during large-scale site activities or events.
• Be available as a Sites single point of contact for the client to perform and execute other than the above mentioned responsibilities.
