Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs using excellent communication skills.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on products, upselling where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales.
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays that highlight current promotions and new arrivals to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves efficiently and accurately recording stock movements using basic math skills.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and organizational skills.
• Assist in organizing promotional events or sales campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or customer service roles with strong communication skills.
• Level 2 Health & Safety/Food Hygiene
• Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and sales calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to use merchandising techniques to promote products effectively.
• Knowledge of upselling strategies to enhance sales performance.
