Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing suitable locations for new restaurant openings in line with the company’s expansion plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential sites for new restaurant development.
• Conduct site and market analysis, including traffic, accessibility, visibility, competition, and sales potential.
• Evaluate rental rates, lease terms, investment costs, and financial returns.
• Negotiate commercial terms with landlords, developers, and property agents.
• Prepare site proposals and presentations for management approval.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Construction, Design, and Operations teams.
• Manage the site acquisition process from site identification through contract signing and project handover.
• Maintain site pipelines, expansion reports, and property databases.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or business expansion.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or property development is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Able to travel and conduct site visits.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
