Senior Site Architect

• Attend site meetings and consultations with the Employer and Project Manager as required
• Review IFC architectural drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements for the project
• Lead and supervise a team of site architects and finishing inspectors
• Review and approve contractor shop drawings and provide guidance on material selection and construction timelines
• Provide site supervision, inspection services, and approve prototypes, samples, and finished works
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with IFC drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures
• Review contractor construction method statements and daily reports for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate and follow up on handover procedures and project completion requirements
• Proven experience in Engineering Consultancy as a Site Architect on villa, residential, or commercial building projects for a minimum of 10 years.
• Hands-on experience supervising architectural works and finishing activities on site
• Experience reviewing IFC drawings, contractor shop drawings, and construction method statements
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, project handover processes, and statutory requirements
• Experience coordinating with contractors, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams
