Senior Site Architect

Job Summary:
The Senior Site Architect will oversee architectural works on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams while resolving site-related architectural concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor architectural works at the construction site.
• Ensure construction activities follow approved plans, drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review architectural drawings and coordinate necessary revisions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify design or construction issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.
• Resolve architectural and technical issues encountered on site.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and other required documentation.
• Ensure quality workmanship and proper implementation of architectural details.
• Assist in coordinating materials, finishes, and other architectural requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (PRC).
• With at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction.
• Knowledgeable in architectural plans, construction methods, and site coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with different project teams.
• Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
