Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Architect with strong consultant-side experience and a solid background in site supervision and architectural coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience working on high-rise and large-scale projects and be confident handling architectural works on site.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of overall architectural experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong experience in a Site Architect role.
• Previous consultancy experience is required.
• Experience in high-rise and large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details.
• Experience in site supervision, inspections, and architectural coordination.
• Ability to review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Good understanding of construction quality and project requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor architectural works on site and ensure they follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Review architectural shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors on architectural works.
• Ensure construction activities meet required quality standards.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve site-related architectural issues.
• Monitor progress of architectural works and report project updates.
• Coordinate with the consultant, contractor, client, and project team.
• Review completed works and support snagging and handover activities.
• Maintain proper site records and documentation.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
