Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Architect with a background in real estate development and villa projects. The candidate will oversee on-site architectural works, ensure execution is in line with approved drawings and quality standards, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural works for villa projects on-site.
• Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications, and design standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and engineering teams to resolve site issues.
• Review architectural drawings and identify discrepancies during execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate finishing works, including flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, and façade details.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare site reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support the project team in delivering high-quality villas within the agreed timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a real estate developer.
• Strong experience in villa construction and luxury residential projects.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, finishing works, and site execution.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project management teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and site supervision skills.
• Experience working on projects in the UAE is preferred.
