SENIOR SITE COORDINATOR (CONSTRUCTION)

About the role

Senior Site Coordinator responsible for supervising, coordinating and monitoring construction works including C&S, M&E, Safety and other building related works. The role involves coordinating resources, manpower, materials and equipment, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring timely project completion across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the construction works which consist of C&S, M&E, Safety and other building related works
• Coordinate resources, manpower, materials and equipment requirement
• Assist in developing and updating project work programmes and master schedule
• Monitor project costs against the approved budget
• Site controlling, monitoring, inspection, meetings and supervise project progress
• Supervise Main, Sub contractors, NSC etc to ensure timely completion of the project
• Responsible for quality control of all material, equipment and services
• Review and evaluate of contractor's weekly and monthly progress reports
• Liaise with Client, consultants, architect, contractors, utility providers and Government authorities
• Ensure project completion on time and catch up loss of time if delay

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction project coordination or project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration and project planning
