Senior Site Engineer

Site Execution

• Plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and milestones.

Quality & Technical Control

• Ensure workmanship and materials meet required quality standards.
• Review drawings, BOQ and technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical issues.

Contractor & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment availability.
• Ensure contractor work is completed as per agreed scope and schedule.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily/weekly work progress.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and material requirements.
• Escalate delays, deviations and critical site issues to the Project Manager.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with the safety team to identify and address unsafe practices.
• Maintain proper site records and documentation.

Measurement & Billing

• Verify work measurements and contractor bills.
• Check quantities executed against BOQ and approved scope.
• Support cost control and avoid material/work wastage.

Coordination & Handover

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and MEP teams.
• Conduct inspections and ensure snag/defect closure.
• Support project completion and handover activities.
