Reports To: Project Manager

Experience: 6 - 10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Salary: 5 - 8 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Senior Site Engineer capable of independently managing site execution, planning,

quantity surveying, and billing for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day

site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring project progress, preparing measurements and bills, and

supporting timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Plan daily and weekly work activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Take site measurements, prepare quantity take-offs, and verify executed quantities.
• Prepare Client RA Bills, subcontractor bills, and maintain measurement records.
• Track material consumption, quantity reconciliation, and support project cost control.
• Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), billing records, and site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved drawings, and safety procedures.
• Report project progress, delays, resource requirements, and billing status to the Project Manager.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of site execution, RCC works, quantity surveying, billing, and project planning.
• Ability to read structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience in Client RA Bills, subcontractor billing, and quantity reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
