About the role:

Dowsing Group are currently seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join our ever-expanding Slipform division in VIC, due to the volume of works we are undertaking.  We have Australia’s largest privately-owned fleet of slipform pavers and diamond grinders and pride ourselves on being one of the most innovative contractors in the market. We have a national footprint, meaning we can readily undertake a project of any size, anywhere in the country. The main sites the successful candidate will be working on are The North East Link and M80 RR project.

About you:

• Minimum 2-4 years previous experience in road construction projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and hardworking
• A commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Great work ethic, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Available for immediate start

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage scope of works for Tier 1 clients
• Client Management and liaising with client's onsite engineers
• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project
• Recording & monitoring of production data, cost tracking and Quality Assurance
• Ensuring all works are carried out as per project specifications
• Liaising with Pavement Manager, Project Engineer and Site supervisors
• Subcontractor management
• Quality Assurance

Skills & Qualification

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Current White Card
• Current Driver's License (C Class)
