About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Infrastructure to oversee and coordinate infrastructure construction activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily infrastructure construction activities at site.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved plans and schedules.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate civil and infrastructure works, including roads, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, water supply, utilities, and related works.
• Ensure proper setting out and execution of works in accordance with approved drawings.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate appropriate solutions with the project team.
• Ensure compliance with project quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain proper site documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed according to project requirements.
• Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and timely completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure construction.
• Strong experience in UAE/GCC infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Proven experience in roads, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, water supply, utilities, and associated infrastructure works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and government/utility authorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering/construction software.
• Ability to manage site activities and work under project deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, roads and utilities, drainage networks, sewerage systems, stormwater networks, and water supply works are highly preferred.
