Job Summary

D’LIFE Home Interiors is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to manage residential interior projects, ensure quality execution, coordinate with teams, and complete projects within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage residential interior site execution from start to handover.
• Read and interpret interior drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Monitor carpentry, modular installation, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, painting, and other interior works.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, vendors, and installation teams.
• Ensure work quality, site safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Track project progress, material requirements, and labour productivity.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and quality checks.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure customer satisfaction during project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in residential interior site execution.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, interior finishing, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, and complete home interior projects.
• Strong team management and contractor coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of material planning, quality control, and project scheduling.
