Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site activities and overall site operations.

• Plan and monitor project execution as per timelines and requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Supervise and manage site staff, workers, and contractors.

• Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and resources.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues or delays.

• Resolve site-related operational and technical issues promptly.

• Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and relevant documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

• Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and inventory at the site.

• Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on project progress.

• Ensure the site is maintained in an organized and professional manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in site/project management, preferably in real estate, construction.

• Strong site supervision and team management skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of construction/site operations and safety practices.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting/documentation.
