Owns the automation and engineering layer of the SOW

• Develops Terraform/IaC-based PagerDuty configurations wherever appropriate

• Uses PagerDuty APIs for repeatable configuration and integration

• Builds approved incident-response workflows and runbook automations

• Integrates existing scripts/tools with PagerDuty workflows

• Supports automated service/application onboarding

• Implements approved auto-remediation use cases

• Implements ChatOps/API-driven operational workflows

• Builds appropriate validation, exception handling, logging and rollback controls

• Supports SIT/UAT and end-to-end technical testing

• Helps avoid excessive manual configuration during scale-out

• Supports production cutover, stabilization and automation KT
